Mar Vista Arts and Crafts Collective will be there December 7, 14 and 21st. Handmade gifts by Mar Vista artisans will be available for holiday shopping. Jewelry, handmade quilts and Christmas stockings. Hand made aprons, baby blankets, children’s tee shirts, pottery, photographs and many more wonderful things.
On December 14th - Santa Clause will be at the Mar Vista Farmers Market from 10 am to 2 pm. A cooking demo with Amanda Cushman a local Mar Vista chef — she’ll be cooking a holiday breakfast using fresh Farmers’ Market ingredients and signing her new cookbook. On December 21st - Enjoy the lively sounds of Klezmer Juice. www.klezmerjuice.com, Gustavo Bulgach and his Klezmer band will liven up the day as we dine on potato latkes from the Curious Palate, opening in January on Venice Blvd., just east of Grand View Blvd.
