The Worlds Highest Waterfall

The worlds highest waterfall is The Angel Falls in Venezuela in South America. It actually fall 807 meter in a single drop. Although more water flows over Victoria Falls in southern Africa and Niagara falls on the US-Canadian border. But this falls are not so high.

Basically waterfall occur when a river flows over hard rock lying over softer rock. The hard rock froms a lip for the waterfall, and the water wears away the softer rock below froming a step that gradually becomes deeper.
